A Co-Working Space with a Difference... | Burrough Court, Leicestershire

Discover a co-working space with a difference, tucked away in the rural countryside.

In the past 4 years, I’ve moved house (and office) 5 times, renovated a house with a toddler in tow and even after being self-employed for 8.5 years, I’ve discovered that sometimes working from home doesn’t always work...

Whether you want to be closer to clients, need a base when working away, or simply prefer a co-working environment, that’s where Burrough Court comes in... and it’s not just any co-working space.

Tucked away in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, halfway between Oakham and Melton Mowbray, Burrough Court is a family-run estate that has so much to offer, from fitness classes and a dog field to offices to rent, an on-site café and co-working spaces too.

First stop? Coffee, of course. The Larder, sister café to my favourite brunch spot in Oakham, serves Two Chimps Coffee, it was only a few steps to my co-working space for the day.

I powered through a productive day of client calls, content creation, graphic design, website updates and PR planning.

Before I knew it, it was lunch time and The Larder didn’t disappoint. A zingy tofu salad that was fresh, colourful and utterly delicious (I love that vegetarian and vegan options are always available).

What makes Burrough Court so special is that it’s not just a business hub, it’s a lifestyle space with wellbeing at its heart. A place where you can work, move, recharge and even let your four-legged friend enjoy the award-winning dog field.

Whether you’re a business owner, fitness lover, a coffee enthusiast or a new company looking for an office base, Burrough Court really does tick every box.

From just £36 a day, you’ll get free parking, fast WiFi, a café on-site and countryside walks on your doorstep.

Working away from home for the day felt inspiring, refreshing and surprisingly restorative. Cosy, relaxed and surrounded by the outdoors, with the sound of bird song and water fountains, which helped the to-do list feel a lot less daunting.📝 This is your sign to check out Burrough Court. Have you been yet?

This co-working space looks truly inspiring and innovative! While exploring new business hubs like this, I’m also researching e rickshaw manufacturers near me to expand into sustainable transport solutions. Spaces like Burrough Court really encourage networking and growth across different industries.
