Rutland Day at Oakham Castle, celebrating the independence of Rutland, 11am-4pm

Activities in the grounds of Oakham Castle, opened by Lord-Lieutenant of Rutland, Dr Sarah Furness. PLus The Ferrers household re-enactors, displaying carpentry, spinning and weavinf, cookery, bread making, arrow making and woodturning, as well as combat arms and armour.

Food, Drink and Craft Stalls in the castle, on castle ground and around Market Place

FREE ENTRY – no on-site parking [RCC car parks are free on Sundays]
